You seem to miss the point that "proof of concept" has nothing to do with the superhub.

If the hub was a testing platform then the testing was seriously wrong as it applied to lower tiers only and not those customers who are "high end".

It is about time that VM realised that those customers take up the higher tier (until it has been heavily discounted due to low take-up) expect euipment on a similar or higher level than that which they have paid for seperately.

You can not blame a fair number of 50Mb users who took out the "premium" service for being p****d off for being told that if they wish to upgrade to the new premium service they MUST have the superhub with the restricted configurations it offers if they like it or not.

Very good marketing strategy!
