The engineer was also supposed to come between 1 and 6, but he called at 8 am to ask if he could come in the morning instead. I said 10 am would be fine, so he turned up at 9! =D Good to hear! I finally got through to an english person (yeah, at 7:45pm!) and apparently my installation was cancelled the same second it was ordered, which should have sent alarm bells ringing...
Apology received, free installation and reordered (for the 3rd time) for Wednesday. Not too happy, but as long as its before the new year, I wont be screaming!
