Is there any way to get an upgrade online?
I am really sorry to hear you are having such problems. I think you can upgrade your package online but you still have to have an engineer to come out and set the connection up. I was told that installation was free and I only had to pay the £20 activation fee.

The engineer was also supposed to come between 1 and 6, but he called at 8 am to ask if he could come in the morning instead. I said 10 am would be fine, so he turned up at 9! But that was OK and he was done within 25 minutes. Phone calls took longer than checking the line and connecting the hub. For the activation, he got through to India and it took a while to explain that he was not the customer... Twice I had to deal with the support in India this week (for TV and BB) and on both occasions I was given wrong information. I got a £10 credit for a TV fault I later found out that I didn't have, so I guess I got paid for my troubles, but I still.

I do hope you will get your upgrade very soon, it's lovely to have a faster connection.
