At least your installation went well. For the second time, we ordered 50mb upgrade for today, 1-6. Called at 7, to see why they didn't turn up, and apparently no installation was scheduled because we didn't like the price.
Guy on the phone was more than eager to setup a new installation, as long as they got to charge £60 installation and activation.
Is there any way to get an upgrade online?
