First,do have sound on pre- recorded videos.

Regards to scart leads...had to mess around with them to get it to copy from V+HD box..as could not get it to even record at first.

So,a big possibilty of damage to pins but surely if there is..would not work at all!!!

Driving me mad...picture but no sound...
