What i meant to say is that that with the programme already been written ( as is used in the US ) the bugs should be ironed out and the only problem that i can see it been is due to the 3rd tuner as it is not activated at the start and going to be activated in early 2011.

It may be based on a US Tivo but that one is very different. First that is just a standalone PVR that you can plug a aerial or cablecard into and has no access to VoD.
For the VM version they have to integrate the whole of the VM network, the box has to talk back to the headend and CS need to be able to provion services on it. They also need add interactive, VoD, PPV, red button etc. These are just things of the top of my head that I can think of, I am sure there are a lot more changes that had to be made.
