You could try posting on the
bleeping computer forums as they have a team dedicated to malware cleaning. But it will likely be a very painful process.
If (?) she has a recent backup of her photos etc, the best bet is a fresh reinstall - quicker and known to be clean.
And she needs to change any online bank, email passwords asap.
Btw, what told her she had this trojan?
