I have booked an engineer's visit for Friday, as the offer VM made me was acceptable. However, the lady said that the Superhub is not suitable and I will have to have a high-speed modem and a separate router. She could not elaborate on the details of these but insisted that Superhub would be no good for a 50MB connection. So now I am confused! I told her that I wanted a wired connection, not a wi-fi one, and she said the engineer should sort that out.

Does anyone know what this high-speed modem might be? Surely the Superhub is the thing to use, since it's supposed to cope with 100MB as well.
