Thank you. Does the engineer need to access the socket which the white cable is plugged into, or does he do all the work in the main box outside? The said socket is in the corner of a room which is currently overflowing with 'stuff' and it is rather hard to get to it. Accessing the other end of the cable and the modem is not a problem.
