The difference being I am open minded enough to not yet have made up my mind about what was going on.
Yes, clear enough for you to show how narrow-minded you are and feel no need to seek the full facts first. In the words of the youth of today, "epic fail".

It might be you have something of a valid point (not so sure about the narrow mind

) But I am finding it difficult to see how the footage can be seen in any other way. Is there something that I could be missing? To me it looks like a police officer getting angry and taking it out on a disabled man in a wheelchair, especially as he has to be dragged off him by another police officer. It doesn't look good. If he had been at risk on the other side of the road, which is not that evident, why would he do something that would take more than twice as long to get him to the other side of the road. It really is much easier for two police officers to move an occupied wheelchair, than to drag a struggling, albeit a disabled, man across a road.
If someone can provide a justifiable and logical explanation, I might concede the point. But simply saying that he deserved it, or that he was in danger, without showing that he was in greater danger than he was put in by this officer, I am not so sure I can be convinced.
