I don't know ask the idiots that start the riots
. if they did not start the riots then they would be no need for these measures.
Secondly the people organising these protests know that there are going to be idiots, hooligans, and general doe balls at there protests so why not do what you do best and ask them as well.
As for my feelings on the subject i have no intention of answering only to have a question from you are as reply. I have better things to do with my time than engaging in your debating technique of constantly asking questions whilst not giving answers in return.
