More people might be interested in Premier Sports shortly. Whilst everything is seemingly quiet regarding the future of TNA wrestling on SKY, Premier Sports are preparing to snap up the rights should they become available along with the UK broadcast rights to K-1. Saw it on their Facebook page last week. Probably just speculation, so it'll fight into this thread nicely  |
On an online focus group for ESPN that i'm part of said they were looking at TNA for an potential ESPN 2 they were gonna launch and were asking people's views on it. This was back in October and they also mentioned South American football but Premier snapped up Copa Libertadores... leaves Copa Sudamericana, South American Friendlies and Copa America left to nab and possibly Brazilian or Argentinan league rights.
Dont see ESPN launching an extra channel right now so leaves Premier open to nab a bunch of rights that I mentioned above as well likes of IPL Cricket, French Ligue 1 football etc to pad out their offering.
