I'm sure his lawyer will claim he was trying to read what's on the paper and was using the lighter for illumination.
He does seem to be getting deeper and deeper in the excrement as days go by. From swinging on the flag, to looting topshop, to chucking rocks and now arson.
Maybe he'll get his degree paid for after all as he's completing it from inside one of her Majesties fine hotels.
