Well if it helps I can drop connection on my Mac every now & then when using my PS3 which uses WiFi as-well even though it sits near enough next to my Hub in the living room.

I've gained access to the router panel (reset) and completely changed the guest network my mobile runs on, so only that uses it. Is it worth using wires to connect my PS3 up?
