30x7 = £210

If you only watch one bluray a week, it would be in this case cheaper to rent from filmflex, and you dont even have to leave your sofa.

But when you buy the blu-ray disc you have it for good and can rewatch to your hearts content, unlike the FilmFlex rental. (Since one has payed out for the player and disc, it's unlikely they are going to watch it once only.)
Also, I've never rented an HD film from FilmFlex or watched a blu-ray film in full but is the quality not going to be greater from the disc?
