also done some research that the company fails to do any on re deliveries and they expect us to go and get the parcel not a change i live over an hour away on a train ride

When we order a router and the courier processes the order they put a tracking number on the account which any agent can give you, then you put it into the couriers website tracker which tells you what is happening and gives you the option to reschedule delivery.

We can give you a customer phone number to call as well, we only ring if the router has not been successfully delivered.
