Okay, so these guinea pigs pays the £100+ for installation etc and then as a consequence end up with a flaky service, coupled with the hassle of loads of phone calls to a third world technical support service - yeah I can really see existing customers dashing out to get one of these.

Lets hope not all of us are that gullible!

you paid for V+HD and you've got V+HD... this is a new service

The "guinea pigs" are the VM staff, so no you won't be getting a "flaky service"

I've seen the box in the "flesh" so to speak and it works well
