You may have to download the superantispyware and malwarebytes tools for him and transfer them across on a usb stick. If you do this, be careful. I've come across a couple of 'nasties' recently that actually write stuff back to the usb stick to try and cross-infect. Probably best to use a stick that can be blanked after use.
