Lets not confuse the issue - there isn't a dedicated line in a physical sense (where would it connect to on the STB as there is only one coax input). The 10Mb worth of reserved bandwidth (I can only assume) will use frequency on the existing coax entering the premises, so I don't see what else is to be done within the premises than a STB swap (providing the incoming signal strength is sufficient).

Am of course open to someone explaining why this isn't the case if my assumption is wrong.
