We've had no new snowfall worth speaking of since we were treated to about 18" of it on Sunday. But since then it has been very, very cold, and as those vehicles that can move on our road have done so, they have created something of an ice pan. Access is actually getting more and more difficult now. Going down some of the hills round here (1st gear, low ratio engaged) is hairy to say the least ... I slid part way down a couple of them on the school run this morning. But then, coming back up them with the engine screaming and the car skidding about is
lots of fun.
