Talking Unix Book, any recommendations?

Hi all,

I have been a software tester for many years but have just moved roles. i moved into our Web/Middleware team a lot of the role is unix based as i have always wanted to learn more about it.

I'm ok with unix but no expert i know how to cd, vi, grep etc... basic stuff.

Ok back to the question, found this book on Amazon, anyone know of anything better?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Unix-Nutshel...1228970&sr=8-1

Would this be ok, any other recommendations welcome (books, sites etc...)
