The picture is taken from a height some way above the roof of the car, looking down. The snow is a fair way past half-way up the tyre.
The amount of snow on the top of the car roof should give you a clue as to the true depth.
Away from the side of the house, in the middle of the lane, the depth this afternoon was at least 15", possibly 18" in places. Say about 40cm.
