And it is exceptionally rare that brand new customers ever get worse deals with companies than existing customers, The Tivo kit is supposedly free for existing VIP/Triple XL customers but a new customer taking Triple XL pays at least £189, not to mention ongoing monthly costs, unless these charges refer to lower tier new customers.
It still seems odd to me.

Must admit they seem strange to me although maybe Virgin is hoping everybody will upgrade there packages to take this offer.
