Question HD Video Rendering (Sony Vegas)

Hi All

I'm having a few technical issues regarding rendering Video for HD Playback. I'm using Sony Vegas Pro 9 to edit my Video, and render the finished clips.

I'm currently using WMV11 with the settings shown in the image attached.

I'm shooting Video on a HD Camcorder, in this case it's a Panasonic SD10.

When I import the Video its already Widescreen, and the Quality is excellent, so I dont have to make any major adjustments within Vegas. After rendering my Movie which is then saved, I proceed to burn it to a DVD, for this I use Movie Factory or Windows DVD Maker.

My Problem is when I play the Video back on TV. It is pixelated, and its not smooth, in fact it looks to jagged around the edges of objects, and its really annoying.

Ive tried to render in MP4 but the results of that dont look as good as WMV11.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I was going wrong, or if anyone knew of any settings I could use to produce top quality HD playback.

Thanks
