The hardware is only free if you take HD mix, otherwise £30 to £79 depending on your bundle. HD mix is extra, Anytime+ is extra and without an ongoing monthly sub that Sky 1TB HD DVR which you just bought for £250 is nothing more than a standard non-DVR digibox which can pick up a half dozen FTA HD channels and delivers poor quality SD.
