It applies to all tiers, 50M included, the shaping has no idea what tier of service customers are on. I am unsure why you are apparently not affected. Maybe a Coventry special due to you being on a trial node.

Ignition I got told it was going to be turned of (discretely) temporarily as a result of complaints on my port, I wonder if this is also going to be done in other areas to see how user feedback changes.
