we could follow the example of the twinings tea company , get the local workforce to train a foreign workforce then dump the locals on the scrapheap , with a little rearranging we can get the foreigners to train the locals then dump the foreigners on the scrap heap .
it almost impossible to get a job in a factory/and many industries these days if your British, the bosses don't want us and that needs to change or we have no future .
