Well, as a brand new Virgin Media customer, I had a 50Mb broadband install booked for 18th Nov. Thanks to this traffic management I've just cancelled the whole thing.

It such a shame as I was so looking forward to it. Why the heck did Virgin ruin their 'gold standard service' ? If someone is paying a premium price they should get a premium service. For the time being I'll stick with 3Mb Sky. At least its cheap & reliable. My sympathies for those stuck on long contracts. Hopefully things will improve.
