Re: Looks like they are packetshaping BBC iPlayer too.

It is not really a 'balls up' from what I read here. It seems that VM are cutting the speed to everything except protocols they mark as OK. This means that they will catch much more traffic than they claim will be slowed, by design. If enough people complain (ie. WOW) then they will tweak it for just that item. The result will be a lot of less used traffic will be knackered and likely never fixed as demand will be low. BBCi should get allowed through though, but it seems it is not strictly an error.
