I question your "90G" claim. On a 10Mb pipe you can suck down a cool 4.3GB/h if all is ship-shape. 90GB/4.3GB=21 hours.
Last time I checked, there's not 21 hours "during the day". It is impossible to leech 21 hours flat-out without triggering STM.
STM may or may not be enabled during 10am-3pm. It isn't here. The evening traps are enabled everywhere
