A legal right is totally different to a "basic human right" which you and Arthur seem to think is the case for claiming benefits .We as a society could withdraw the legal right to claim benefits at any time ,it is our wish as a society to have this system as a safety net to prevent people living within our society from starving or falling into poverty

and as i pointed out it is a

and as i also pointed out earlier JSB/UB+HB +other free stuff = proper remuneration imo
