Ah we have had to sort this one out at work quite a few times.

As Wayfair has said, follow the guide he posted.

You will need to run a file called rkill and try to run it as soon as you get into Windows before the other virus programs manage to startup.

You will find that it reports a lot of viruses and although security tools is one, it doesnt have as many as it reports. It is trying to fool you to download more rogue programs.
It is very annoying though and blocks a lot of things.
