I don't find many people agreeing with me either! It would be nice if they offered the customers affected a discount if say they agreed to a new 12 month XL contract, otherwise I wouldn't blame them one bit if they jumped ship. It's not as if it's a straight price increase, they are actually forcing an upgrade if they want to continue receiving their current services which must be wrong.
