"parted Magic" (note the difference in name) is another option. it's free, quick and easy to use.

also, bare in mind that if you are changing a dual boot system, you may need to make appropriate changes to any boot files. in windows 7, you need to use BootMgr, as boot.ini is not used any longer. i believe it involves the use of the windows 7 dvd. or EasyBCD, which is downloadable...
