Re: CCTV shows police 'punching' stab victim

From my viewpoint it looks like punches to the upper arm/shoulder to get him to release the grip of his leg.

At 20 seconds in once the grip is released the punching stops.

The fact professional standards are sticking up for the cop speaks volumes. Normally if there any hint at all of improper conduct they'll just sit quietly in their office sharpening their best knives and choosing where in the back to stab them.
