Isn't everyone who is trying to get to work,deliver goods,mail.Working roads can only keep business busy and get everyone to the schools,hospitals,fires.Poor roads means everything slows down
Having said that I wish they would reconsider turning Newgate Lane into a dual carriage way so that this town wasn't gridlocked three times a day.
