Have you tried disconnecting all of the extra kit (ie all the 2TB Disks) and take it back to a basic system. It could be that there isn't enough power going through to the graphics card.

Are you using a VGA cable? "Check Analog Cable" suggests it's VGA. Have you tried with DVI if you monitor supports it?

How about buying another VGA cable (or borrowing from a friend) to check you havent inadvertently damaged yours?

Are there any "Beeps" when the machine boots?
