My netgear (and others) will allow you to change the WAN MAC to anything you want..
You gotta ask yourself though that if you keep getting banned then you are doing something wrong and eventually they just instigate a subnet ban which will ban you and a lot of others...
Also remember that all sites are private and do have owners, if they want you off the site then you shouldn't really be arguing
