I think its disgraceful.

Did the cops involved fill in a health and safety checksheet identifying the risks? Did they think of the damage paint fumes might do to the wee urchins and provide appropriate personal protection equipment and cordon off the area?

Did they think of the on-going emotional trauma of making the children paint over the wall and think of the blatant breach of their human rights by making them destroy their expressions of individuality they painstakingly sprayed onto the wall? And what of the embarassment caused if acquaintences of the children see them being punished...

Right thats enough sarcasm for today. It's a good idea and seems like the parents were in full support which is a bit of a rarity and seems like the kids involved might actually end up contributing something to society aside from leaving syringes in alleyways.
