Sorry I haven’t replied sooner re the recording of programmes from my Samsung V+ box to my DVDR.
I tried several times but was unsuccessful in getting anything recorded. I did manage to see the V+Menu and all the stages you go through to record onto the DVD hard Drive, but to no avail.
Am I right in saying that some recorders don’t support this function?? Philips in particular? I have a Philips DVDR3440H. It’s a great machine (albeit old) and does everything you ask it to do, except receive a programme via the connection.
Am I just not connecting the Scarts properly?? or do I need a specific type of recorder??:
