The enjoyment of driving, for driving sakes, yes..but..to take control out the idiots on the road will be tempting..to the detriment of losing the opportunity for those who are sensible
similar to the drinking scenario..where most of us are sensible drinkers..but the nob-heads who abuse it..means that minimum pricing must come in
On the bright side, you never will be able to complain about road rage, or women drivers
