Well over half of the repeat 'customers' I deal with have motability cars of some description and with quite a few of them end up with more disposable income each month than I do and that's before the profits from dealing and thievery are taken into account.

Yet when they end up in court fines are set at maybe two pounds a week and then never get paid.
