All you can do is call a referendum on repealing the treaty but doing that has consequences, Once passed into law for all member country's the treaty becomes a requirement of membership of the EU. It should also bee pointed out that a referendum on the treaty was NEVER an election pledge as they VERY publically announced the change on their policy when the treaty was passed into UK law in December (way before the election)
