What started as a moan has turned into a happy thought.
I took the day off work yesterday to install a dishwasher and build a new bed for my daughter. Both were arriving from Argos between 8.30 and 10.30am.
Argos phoned at 9.30 to say they now couldn't deliver until Saturday afternoon because of transport "issues". Not being a happy bunny I cancelled the whole order.
I managed to get a slightly better dishwasher for the same price and it should be delivered next Wednesday. My 9 year old still wanted the same bed though so went back onto just order that and it's now HALF PRICE....
