Well i dont know if anyone else listened to this but the most interesting bit was the streaming of online games.

They had a solictor look into it and if you watch a stream of a sky broadcast, sky sports 1 for example, then its a criminal offence. However if you watch a stream of a foreign channel, spanish for example, then its only a civil offence.

Hmmmm.....
