ifthe job is imposible for someone in a wheelchair then you have the right to not employ them

you just need to be prepared to show why

so if your running a building site you wont have to try and make scafolding wheel chair friendly

but if you want a rep to go see people you may need to think of getting a wheelchair friendly car for them to drive
