All of my services (TV Phone BB) failed this morning around 7-30. I rang faults on 0845 454 1111 on my mobile, after going through all the options & menus the recorded voice said office closed ring back after 8am. Are faults not open 24/7 any more? Luckily my services resumed after 1/2 hour or so.
