As it's always been a relief to me to finally have a label applied to whatever is going wrong I know what you mean Fingy about it being a happy thought.

It gives you something concrete to fight against and deal with and it's a pity that you have had to wait so long to get to this point.

Please let us know how you go on with the next stage.
