Googling found me an email address of <number>@vxtras.com and I emailed that yesterday. Nothing arrived (either SMS or email) to my phone and today I received the following 'bounce message' in the gmail account I sent from:
Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:
<my number>@vxtras.com
Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)
Technical details of temporary failure:
The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect.
Anyone else had any success (or failure) with this at all?
Or do I need to call Virgin to get something activated on my account?
