Not long got off the phone with sales & have been quoted £99.50 / month for VIP 50Mb bundle + caller display (1V+HD box & 1 V HD Box).
Currently only have TV XL with 2 standard set top boxes. I have been given an installation date of 1st October.
My concern is that I have not been quoted any one off costs for installation or HD activation & I now realise I was never even asked about my current phone providor & keeping my number.
Does this sound right?
Been on hold for 10 mins trying to get back through to sales! But would much prefer too speak to someone who's accent I can understand.
